Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.
This includes order verification, product preparation, packing, and dispatch from our warehouse.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, holiday seasons, launches, promotions, or unexpected operational delays.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within a few days after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@sakeshi.com.
Things You Need to Know
- You will receive one email confirming your order, followed by a second email once your parcel has been shipped.
- Delivery timeframes begin after processing and dispatch unless otherwise stated.
- Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the courier.
- Delivery estimates may change during launches, holidays, or sale periods.
- Customs charges may apply depending on your location.
- If your order is damaged or does not arrive within the stated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local government.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are unsure whether customs charges apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Delays
While we do everything we can to keep deliveries on time, some delays are outside our control.
Possible causes of shipping delays include:

- Local courier or postal service delays
- Weather disruptions
- High shipping volumes during holidays, launches, or promotional periods
Sakeshi is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our control.
Shipping Exclusions
We may not be able to ship to certain countries, territories, regions, or address types due to courier, customs, legal, or operational restrictions.
If we are unable to fulfil delivery to your location, we will notify you and, where applicable, issue a refund.
Order Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?
If your tracking says your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please try the following first:
- Double-check safe places around your property
- Ask a neighbour, receptionist, or building manager in case it was left with them
- Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off
If you are still unable to locate your order after following these steps, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it and help.
