At Sakeshi, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as your item meets the conditions below.

Before You Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags still attached

If an item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration, we may not be able to accept the return.


Need Help Fast?

Can I return my item?

Yes, as long as your item is returned within 30 days of delivery and is unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and still has its original tags attached.

Can I exchange for another size or item?

Yes. If you’d like to exchange an item, email us at support@sakeshi.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or a defective product.

What if my order arrived damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sakeshi.com. We’ll review it and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Return Shipping

Unless the issue was caused by us, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns caused by our error include:

  • Incorrect item sent
  • Defective product
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Wrong color shipped

If you are sending an item back, please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return has been delivered to our warehouse.

Without proof of shipment or valid tracking, we may not be able to help with lost return parcels.


Refunds

Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets the return requirements.

If your return is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account.

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is returned in a condition different from its original state or if parts are missing.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Processing begins after your return has been received and approved
  • Your payment provider may need extra time to post the refund

Exchanges

Once your returned item is received, exchanges are usually processed within 7 business days.

As soon as your replacement item is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Order Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?

If your tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, try the following first:

  • Check around your property and any safe place areas
  • Ask a neighbour, receptionist, or building manager
  • Contact the courier directly to request delivery confirmation or proof of drop-off

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.


Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? We get it.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible at support@sakeshi.com.

After this window, your order may already be in processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
